We owe this Tarot, which combines elegant signs and unique images,
to Giovanni Vacchetta, university lecturer and patron of the arts
who lived at the end of the nineteenth century.
A refined master, he used his artistic invention
as if he were in front of a block of marble,
practically sculpting the figures to give them a sense of material solidity.
